Our highly regarded classes are run by qualified, trained childbirth educators in a relaxed and nurturing setting.
This package starts in March 2026 and is for babies due in June 2026. The Childbirth Education course runs over seven sessions on Mondays 9th March to 4th May 2026. The Baby and You course runs over six weekday sessions starting in July 2026.

This package starts in March 2026 and is for babies due in May - July 2026. The Childbirth Education course starts Tuesday 10th March. The Baby and You course runs over four weekday sessions.

OPC Rooms 35 Rawene Road, Birkenhead, Auckland, New ZealandBaby and YouOur April 2026 Baby & You Postpartum course runs Wednesday 6th April 2026 to Wedneday 13th May 2026 (Six weekday morning sessions)
Our Baby and You course is the ideal time to ask questions and deal with issues as they arrive whilst helping you to understand and cope with your role as a new parent. Baby and You is for parents of 0 – 8 week old babies and is held over six weekday sessions which you attend with your baby.

BIRKENHEAD Infant First Aid 15th April 2026
OPC Rooms 35 Rawene Road, Birkenhead, Auckland, New ZealandBaby and YouInfant First Aid with Shrenika & Helen from Little Beat First Aid Education for Parents.
CPR and First aid education for expecting or new parents taught by experienced paediatric nurses covering the most important things you need to know to prepare you for an emergency situation with your child.
This class will cover infant CPR and first aid for choking and other common incidents such as burns, head injuries and febrile seizures.

Moving and Munching (April/May 2026)
OPC Rooms 35 Rawene Road, Birkenhead, Auckland, New ZealandOur Moving and Munching course includes two interactive and informative sessions, tailored to parents of 3 month – 6 month old babies, and covers a range of topics including your baby's physical and mental milestones, bonding and learning through play, starting solids, nutritional requirements, and stages of development.
This course includes two sessions, held on Friday 24th May (Moving) at 10.15am and Friday 1st May (Munching) at 10.15am. Both sessions run in the OPC Rooms at the Rawene Centre.
