DESCRIPTION:Our Hibiscus Coast New Parents Package is for expectant parents and their support people to prepare for the arrival of a new baby and becoming parents. Our highly regarded classes are run by qualified\, trained childbirth educators in a relaxed and nurturing setting. \nThis package starts in October 2025 and is for babies due between November 2025 & February 2026. The Childbirth Education course runs over four sessions\, on Tuesday evenings. The course will run on Tuesday 14th\, 21st & 28th October\, & 4th November. All sessions will run  6.45pm-9.15pm\, at the Hibiscus Coast Netball Centre\, Edith Hopper Park\, Ladies Mile\, Manly\, Whangaparāoa. The Baby and You course runs over four weekday sessions. \nCost:\nOur New Parents Package costs $285 (incl. DESCRIPTION:Our Baby and You course is the ideal time to ask questions and deal with issues as they arrive whilst helping you to understand and cope with your role as a new parent. Baby and You is for parents of 0 – 8 week old babies and is held over six weekday sessions which you attend with your baby. \nThis is a very popular course and is presented by qualified professionals who run each session as a relaxed discussion group. Because all babies are unique with varying needs and personalities\, this format gives you the opportunity to discuss your particular situation and challenges and receive tips\, advice and potential strategies. \nTopics covered include: caring for a newborn including feeding\, sleeping and soothing; first aid and CPR for babies and toddlers; life changes and looking after yourself; development and play including stimulation for baby\, age appropriate toys and key milestones of baby’s growth and development; baby massage. \nThe December Baby & You course runs 4th December 2024 t0 22nd January 2025 (Six sessions for parents of babies due around November 2024) \nSession Dates: \n\nWednesday 4th December – Eat\, Sleep\, Soothe\nWednesday 11th December – Infant First Aid\nWednesday 18th December – All About You\nWednesday 8th January –  Mum Movements\nWednesday 15th January – Physical Development & Play\nWednesday 22ndJanuary – Baby Massage\n\nCost:\nThe Baby & You course is included as part of our New Parents Package. DESCRIPTION:Our New Parents Package is for expectant parents and their support people to prepare for the arrival of a new baby and becoming parents. Our highly regarded classes are run by qualified\, trained childbirth educators in a relaxed and nurturing setting. \nThis package starts in October 2023 and is for babies due in January 2024. The Childbirth Education course runs over seven  Thursday evenings starting 19th October until 30th November. All classes run  7pm-9pm\, at the Rawene Centre\, Birkenhead. The Baby and You course runs over six weekday sessions starting in February 2024. \nCost:\nOur New Parents Package costs $295 (incl.
